Up all night

Why hello! How is your Monday treatin' ya! Did you have work/school today or were you one of those lucky ones who had the day off?!

Well I was glad I didn't have school today because I was up all night and got no sleep. I don't know what has been wrong with my sleeping lately (or lack there of!) Well I actually do! I mean I guess everything that has happened to me these past few days has gotten me all hyped up! I am sad, mad, nervous, excited, and anxious about everything!

I woke up around 2 am because of the LOUD obnoxious snow plows and then again around 4 am. I didn't end up falling asleep until nearly 2 hours later around 6 am. I just lied in my bed WIDE awake until I finally fell asleep, but only for an hour because I had to get up at 7 am.

I showered, got ready for the day, made lunch and breakfast, and then sat down to a nice yogurt mess.
I had Vanilla Brown Cow yogurt, Kashi Go Lean, a sliced banana, toped with Crazy Richard's creamy peanut butter with a glass of milk on the side.
Now I know this is CREAMY peanut butter so it is supposed to be creamy but yesterday morning when I was very anxious to eat breakfast, I didn't really stir it at all and it was very very runny. But today I made sure to give the jar a good stir and it made the peanut butter a lot thicker but still very creamy. It was much better this morning :)

Then my mom, lil sis, and I we were off to her lacrosse tourney all day! I packed my new Daisy Daisy Vera Bradley backpack with all my snacks and meals. For a morning snack I packed a serving of almonds with a Vanilla Boost. Then for lunch I packed a turkey sandwich with american cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes, pretzels, an apple, and milk. Now I know you are probably thinking I am crazy for bringing milk with me. But hey, it's on my meal plan I did NOT want to skip it. It actually worked out well because since the weather is so frigid out I just left the milk in the car and when it was lunch time I got it and it was still cold! Weird?! Yeah probs!

My lil sis did amazing at her lacrosse tournament, as usual ;) Her team went 2-2-1, which is very good for them and she got SO many goals I lost track, literally! Unfortunately only the top four teams made it to the playoffs and they did not make it. But they still did great none the less! I was actually kind of happy they didn't make it to the playoffs because they already played four games, it was already 3 in the afternoon, and plus I was getting kinda cold ;)

We came home and I snuggled up by the heater for a bit to warm myself up and then later had an afternoon snackaroo...a CHOCOLATE CHIP Clif Bar! Second day in a row having a different Clif Bar, hollah. I tried the Chocolate Chip, the texture was a bit denser than a cookie but tasted literally just like a home baked cookie
. I am thinking next time I should pop it in the micro for a few seconds like other bloggers to soften it up a bit! What a genious idea. I definitely will be having this flavor again. I mean it must be a popular flavor because in every grocery store I go to they always have Chocolate Chip!
I am not sure whats on the menu for dinner tonight. But I am kind of leaning towards breakfast for dinner since I am craving eggs for some odd reason. Haven't had breaky for dinner in ages! Perhaps an egg and spinach omlet or sandwich? Mmmm :)

Since it is Monday, that means The Bachelor is on! Well I am peacin' outta here chicas. Have a great Monday night!

it's no surprise that oyu're having trouble sleeping, given all that you've been through in the past few days. i always use my car as a refrigerator too (well, whenever possible, it doesn't usually get that cold here.) do brekkie for dinner!

Sounds like a great day! I'll often leave food items in the garage during the winter months because it's colder than the fridge!

Def warm the Clif bar up next time. You'll LOVE it!

delicious eats chica!! I LOVED the choco chip clif bar when I could eat gluten...it was one of my favs! You must try blueberry and maple nut..both are amazing! keep it up! enough is enough, you are way to beautiful and strong to have to deal with ED making choices for you! I am so excited for you to get your life back, I can't wait until you gain enough to be able to tell us how amazing you are doing in lacrosse! You can do it, because you know it's worth it! hope you have a great tuesday! xoxo!!

Good luck with your intake today! I know it's not easy, but sometimes you have to face your fears and beat ED forever. Good luck!

Glad to hear you're doing well today :)

Are you going today? I hope you are, I think a lot of people are supporting you to go and we all know how hard it is but as you said something the hardest thing is also the right thing and in this case it really is. I was just on FB and a girl who was friends with someone I know died, 19 years old, heart attack. She had been doing "fine"-this is your health. Hope you go to your intake and do what you know you need to do for you.

Congrats to your sister on a great game!

Hi Jenna, I thought you were going to Walden today? Not to sound harsh or anything, but why would you announce you were going to admit yourself when you clearly have not? Please help me to understand this.

Completely in agreement with anon 20 and honestly more and more turned off by this blog.

Jenna-Please hear me out- I know a lot about ED. I've seen it all too often. What you are trying to do will not work, trust me I know. Unless you get professional help, you are NOT going to get better.
ED is bigger than you think. He is a bully that will never let you go. He will hold you hostage until someone comes to rescue you.
Stop the madness that ED has created and go ask your Mom to find you the best inpatient place there is. Walden clearly is not for you. Do some research. PLEASE :( Just get yourself better!!!
