Busy Bee

Why hello everyone! I hope you all are having a fabulous Hump Day :) Mine was decent in case any of you were wondering, which I know you all were ;) It seemed like all day I was on the go, I was such a Busy Bee!

I enjoy Wednesday mornings because I acutally get to sleep in and not set an alarm the night before since I don't have to get up at a certain time for an appointment or class.

So after I woke up I showered and had some breakfast, Vanilla Brown Cow yogurt, Kashi Go Lean, sliced banana, and Teddie's pb all mixed up with milk on the side!
After breakfast I had two morning classes, grabbed an early lunch, had an appointment with Karen the therapist, went to the gym, and then listened to a guest speaker for extra credit for two of my classes! Whenever my professors offer extra credit I am all over it ;) So as you can see I was very busy today!
Dinner tonight was broiled chicken, 7 way blend vegetable blend, an artisan roll and Lactaid milk. Sorry for the quick post but I have been very busy and I have some studying to do later on tonight! Good night :) Have a great Hump night?!
Did your teachers/professors every offer extra credit in your classes?

I'm worried about you! I hope you don't take this the wrong way, but I think honesty is sometimes the best way to help someone... I've been there and I know how difficult it can be to realise what you're doing.

I posted the comment below a few days ago and I wonder how you think about it...I really hope you're gonna take good care of yourself. Rigid eating patterns, going to the gym (?!?), that's not good care...You deserve so much more!

Just wanna lt you know it's great you're switching things up! But I'm a bit worried...
You said you felt anxious and decided to go to the gym after breakfast. I don't think that's a 'healthy' reason for someone recovering from an ED to be honest...
I also worry about the amount of your eats. Please tell me you're also having snacks and supplements? This is truly a weight-loosing diet.
And next time your caf is closed, you could maybe go to another place (like a sandwich bar), instead of waiting and not giving your body proper fuel. Especially after the work out!

i hate to be "that" girl, but i just want to make sure that you're eating more (much more) than what you're showing here... especially if you're going to the gym? i eat about double this and i'm not gaining OR losing weight...

just concerned for you, babe :)
