Up so early!
This morning as I rolled out of bed super early after being out late I had a yogurt mess with Strawberry Stonyfield Organic Yogurt, Kashi Go Lean, a banana, and 1 tbsp. PB & Co. Smooth Operator with milk.
Now I wasn't getting up early because I wanted to to, hah! I had lacrosse practice at 8:30 in the morning! Yup, you heard me right. And of course last night (well actually 2 in the morning) I was like of course I can stay out late I only have to get up at 8 tomorrow morning, no biggie...until I have to acutally wake up then it really hits me, ugh. Practice went by pretty quick this morning and it was getting quite hot out so I am glad it was earlier in the day rather than later.

After practice you bet your girl Jenna hit the sack until lunch time. Like I said before many times I usually never take naps but since now I am staying out late my body definitely needs its rest and last night 5 hours of sleep was just not enough. I have to listen to my body to give it what it needs :)

Lunch was smoked turkey with swiss cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes on a whole wheat wrap with pretzels, an apple, and milk.

This afternoon I am obviously going to get some work done and stay on top of my A-game like a good lil student;) I am not sure if my family is coming up to visit like last weekend but if not I am going to get dinner with the team at the coffee shop on campus. But if they do come up I will defs be going out to eat with them. They just can't get enough of me, they love and miss me so much ;)

Oh and obvs later tonight I will be watchin' Kourtney & Khloe take Miami b!tches. Anyone else watch this show?!

Good that you took a little nap, you're right: you have to give your body what it needs! And I do exactly the same thing sometimes...when I need it:)

i did lacross in high school! fun stuff!
naps are definatly good when you really feel you need one. I am thinking of napping soon actually. i am tres sleepy

I'm never able to take naps either so I'm a little jealous of your napping skills ;) Glad you got some extra zzz's!!

Ack, we used to have crew practice at 5am. It was positively brutal to go out on the water that early. I didn't survive the season... I hope you can show that early morning who's boss!

Mondays I have to get going early too. At least it's only one day of the week, so I can't complain too much!!

I SO watch Kourtney & Khloe--we should totally have a TV party--seems like we watch the same shows :-)
