Is anyone else sick of the rain this summer besides me? This morning was very raw and cold out! Blahh. To make myself happy I made me some breakyy :)
I had Vanilla Chobani yogurt w/ half sliced banana, an english muffin with 1/2 tbsp. PB & Co. peanut butter, and the other half of the banana with 1/2 tbsp. peanut butter into a pb & banana sandwich, all with a glass of milk.
I decided this morning to switch my breakfast up (I mean NOT a lot!!). But instead of slicing all of the banana into my yogurt, I only used half and used the other half for a pb & banana sandwich!
For a morning snack I had something DIFFERENT and I LOVED IT! I had a Vanilla Boost with 1/4 cup Planter's NUT-trition South Beach Diet Recommended Diet Mix! Let me tell you I absolutely loved this mix, now just because it is the SOUTH BEACH DIET MIX does not mean it is a diet food, they are nuts! Nuts are a healthy snack for ya :) Nuts are a good source of phosphorous, magnesium, copper, manganese, and Vitamin E. This mix contained cashews, almonds, and macadamias! The macadamias have such a great unique taste I really liked.
For my morning snack my nutritionist has told me I should be eating nuts but for some reason they are one of my fear foods because when I look on the nutrition label they have soo much fat. So after talking with my nutritionist she explained to me that nuts contain HEALTHY fats such as polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats! That is why the total fat may appear very high in nuts because they have the good fats in them!
I have usually been having a Fruit & Nut Bar each morning for a snack because I feared nuts. But yesterday I fought ED hard and I bought the nuts, that was just the first and easy step...buying them. Now I actually had to eat them! So this morning I decided to "bite the bullet" and eat what I am supposed to eat for a snack according to my nutritionist. These next couple of weeks I need to crack down and do what I need to do in order to go back to college! There is absolutely NO TIME for fooling around here! I am babysitting over my cousins house now so I am off to feed the lil ones lunch!

My lunch today was tuna again, second day in a row! I made myself a nice tuna sandwich with 1/2 tablespoon lil mayo, lettuce, and tomato, with a serving of pretzels, a peach, and the last drops of milk :(

I am gonna go play with the kiddies for the afternoon! Maybe some Wii? yeahhh I think so;)
My afternoon snakie was a Chocolate Power Bar and a G2 as usual! From all of that Wii I played I was quit tired (naht!)

After six hours of babysitting I headed home and rested for a bit before dinner. Then for dinner i had my leftovers from Olive Garden last night. I still had a good size portion left over from last night because resaurant portions are whack! So I heated up the rest that I had, penne pasta with grilled shrimp and had a dinner roll w/ butter as well, along with milk.

The meal was actually very good from last night I have to say. I mean I ate all of it...just not all at one meal! Which I think is reasonable considering it was a very large portion. I ate about half last night at the restaurant and half tonight at home.
I spent some quality time with my mom tonight since my sisters and dad went on a lil vaca til Sunday but my mom and I are gonna go down for the weekend! I am off to bed lovies! Tomorrow is FRIDAY =)
