Attempt # 2

Morning everyone!! So last night I decided to make the breakfast cookie the CORRECT way this time ;) I used 1/3 cup Quaker oats, 1 tbsp. Naturally More peanut butter, 1 banana, and 1/8 cup milk. Mixed them all together into a bowl and put it into the FRIDGE this time over night!I opened the peanut butter sample Naturally More sent me! Thanks again! How the breakfast cookie is supposed to look like ;)With a dollop of Vanilla Chobani yogurt!yummy!

This time the breakfast cookie was much better than the one I made on Sunday, that's for sure! This time around the cookie was much softer and was not hard as a rock! I could taste the oats, peanut butter, and banana a lot more than I did the first time. This breakfast cookie rocked my socks off :) Plus with the Vanilla Chobani on top is even better!

I used the peanut butter Naturally More sent me awhile back and even though I used it mixed together with the oats and banana I could still taste the yummy goodness of the peanut butter! Next time I am not going to mix anything with the peanut butter so I can truly enough the taste ;)

Hurray for a successful breakfast cookie! I haven't given them much of a chance since my first one kept me full for all of 3.5 minutes but I should probably give it another try...
