Well I am just gonna do a quick recap of my Saturday because I have a movie night with my mom and sister and well to tell you the truth my day was kind of on the boring side.
Morning snack was the new TJ trail mix I bought the other day and a Strawberry Boost. This was my first time having the mix and the bag already has a big dent in it, glad I know my family likes it!
The mix was filled with peanuts, almonds, macadamia nuts with dried pineapples and cranberries! It was the perfect combination and I am glad I bought it.
Well it is almost nine o'clock and the movie is about to start! Have a great Saturday night :)
girl your eats look great- that panini especially :) i tried one that bekah recommended for me that had honey, pears, turkey & cheese on it and it was awesome!
ReplyDeletequestion- does your meal plan have exchanges or do you do it by calorie amounts?

that sandwich sounds amazingggggg. it reminds me of the panini my school serves the 'new england classic' which is turkey, cheese, honey mustard and apples on grilled cranberry bread. TO DIE!!! have fun with your mom and sis.
ReplyDeleteAndrea that sandwich sounds delicious! I will defs give it a shot soon. I love trying new combinations with my sandwiches.
ReplyDeleteShelley good question! my meal plan is based on how many servings of protein, grain, fruits/veggies, and fats I should get for each meal/snack. I think mine is quite similar to yours?
I do NOT calorie count at all! That would drive me crazyyyy and it is definitely not for me. Do you calorie count or not?
ah, i love a tub of fresh hummus! i love adding apples to sandwiches, esp when hummus is involved!
ReplyDeleteI looove hummus! I have always wanted to try a crack wrap, but worried that it wouldn't be really filling - so I love the idea of adding apples to it! I am going to try this tomorrow!
