Last night was really hard for me, I was really sad to be back at college :( I missed my family very much. If you can't already tell I am such a home body ;) But I did get through the night and everything went well. I managed to stay up late and watch some t.v. to keep my mind of things and then slowly feel asleep.
I actually did have ONE class today and it was a Nutrition Class!! Can you believe I am taking that class this semester?! I signed up for this class as an elective last spring semester when ED was strong. Over the summer I was debating whether or not to take this class because I did not know if it would be a good or bad thing as I am recovering. But after awhile of thinking, I decided it would be a great idea for me to take the class! I thought it would be very beneficial to learn more about Nutrition! And let me tell you girls, the class was awesome! I really enjoy it and I can't wait to learn =)
This afternoon I hung around with Carly and Hannah, they are too funny! Then I grabbed some lunch from the caf to go.
I had nice roasted turkey with swiss cheese and honey mustard on a spinach wrap, a serving of pretzels, an apple, with a glass of milk. It was delicious! Again I must day the school caf here is really good here!
Don't ya just love my plate?! It matches the colors of my room obvs. I also got some bowls and a cute cup that goes along with it!
Okay but don't think I am going to be posting like this everyday because I will have somee work to do since I am in college ;) hah! It is just because it is the first day and I don't really have any work to do but let me tell you it will pick up real fast and your girl Jenna will be doing lots of homework and studying!
Sorry for such the long post but it was my first day of school for me! Since I did not really get to enjoy my second semester last spring as a freshman I want to make sure I get off to a good healthy start this fall semester. I also wanted to let you all know how my day went today. Blogging also helps me keep my mind off things and makes me feel better!
good to hear you have some quality friends! that will help you not be so homesick :)
ReplyDeleteSounds like you're having a great time at school (at the cafeteria especially)! I love the picture of the eye by the way. :P Gorgeous. And your wrap looks yummy. I haven't had a wrap in a looong time because I usually just use bread for my sandwiches.
