The Famous Breakfast Cookie
After seeing the famous breakfast cookie all over the blog world i just knew i had to try it out myself. So last night after babysitting and $80 bucks richer I came home and started making my cookie! I used the recipe from The Fitnessista. I combined 1/3 cup Quaker oats, 1 tbsp. PB & Co. Smooth Operator pb, 1 banana, and 1/8 cup milk all together. I stirred them all up and put the mix into a flat bowl and put it in the freezer FRIDGE over night! I actually put it in the freezer by accident until today i found out from my girl Jenny from PB & Jenny that it is actually supposed to go in the FRIDGE overnight and NOT the freezer, whoops! That is why it was so hard, thanks Jenny ;) But now I have a reason to make one again tonight...the right way! I was very hesistant when I was first making this cookie because I did not know how it was going to come out and what it was going to taste like either. But I was also very excited to try a new breakfast that everyone has been raving about!
This morning I woke up to find my FIRST EVER BREAKFAST COOKIE :)The cookie was very hard when I first took it out of the freezer so I popped it in the micro for 10 seconds to soften it up a bit. Then I put Vanilla Chobani yogurt on top! You cannot tell me that does not look yummy? Come on! A picture of my half eaten cookie with yogurt on top :)This was simply amazing! However thought of this idea for breakfast is a genius and I give them major props ;) This breakfast was super easy and delish. I am obviously going to have this breakfast sometime this week again because I loved it that much. The breakfast cookie is yummy, quick, and fun to eat! If you have not given the breakfast cookie a shot...you must, realll soon!

I have been out most of the day because my cousin invited my fam over for brunch at the spur of the moment at 9 this morning. So we were all out of the door by 10. My cousin was just calling when I was eating breakfast and I was not going to let my cookie go to waste and besides ED would not let me to indulge in a brunch anyways. So i ate my awesome cookie and got dressed to go over. My whole fam went over and we all had a good time. I snacked on a Nature Valley Fruit & Nut Bar with a Vanilla Boost and later came home for a late lunch. I made myself a turkey roll up on La Tortilla Factory wrap with american cheese, lettuce, and tomato, along with some pretzels, a Dole Fruit Cup, and a glass of milk.

After lunch I went to the store to pick up a few groceries and then snacked on a new bar I bought! I had the Berry Almond Luna Bar with a G2. I also bought some new goodies and I will show you all them later this week!
This bar looked interesting to me at the store so I thought I would give it a try. The berry almond flavor was very good, it was the perfect combination! It had little pieces of berry and almonds and I really enjoyed it. The cool part about the bar was it was purple :0
I really enjoy Luna Bars because they are the perfect snack that keep me full. Plus, they are all organic and come in so many different fun flavors! I will definitely have this bar again.

For dinner I hate a quick Shrimp Bowl which had little pieces of shrimp, veggies, and rice all together in a teriyaki sauce. This bowl is actually quite good from Trader Joe's. I also had a dinner roll and a glass of milk for dinner.
After I post what I had for dinner I look at it and think to myself it is not enough and I get mad at myself, like i am right now :( ugh. it is just so frustrating. I really hate dinner meals and i always have such a hard time with them. I feel as though i am slacking lately :/ Sorry for complaining tonight and being really boring but I am not in a good mood :(
I am trying to not focus on what i had for dinner and try to forget about it. My dinner meals are my weakest and i hate it. Right now I am off to relax on this Sunday night! Miss. Universe 2009 is on tonight and i really want to watch it but i don't know if it might be triggering to me as i am in the process of recovery. I used to watch it every year before i had ED, but i don't know if it would be wise for me to watch it tonight? Any thoughts or ideas?!
But anyways, I am going to a have Boost later tonight and do some sudoku puzzles to keep my mind off things!
